Questions

Do I need my own AI key?
No. Every brand includes AI each month. If you'd rather use your own Anthropic, DeepSeek or other compatible key, add it in Settings and the monthly limit goes away.
Can my team join?
Yes. Invite teammates by email as admins or editors. Each person gets their own sign-in, alerts and morning email.
Who can see my brand?
Only the people you invite. Steadyfeed support can't open it unless one of your admins lets them in from Settings, for an hour, a day or a week, and everything they change is listed for you.
Is my data mine?
Yes. Export everything as one file whenever you like, or delete the brand and all of its data from Settings.
Can I use it for health or other sensitive information?
Please don't. Steadyfeed is for marketing work. Keep patient records, health details and other sensitive personal information out of posts, notes and contacts.
